Welcome to AKD Traveller. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to AKD Traveller

  • “Customer” refers to any person making a booking

  • “Services” include flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and other travel-related products


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized representatives.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details (full name must match passport/ID).


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in IDR unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may include/exclude taxes, service fees, or surcharges (clearly indicated at checkout).

  • Full payment or deposit (as specified) is required within the stated deadline.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to:

    • Exchange rate fluctuations

    • Fuel surcharges

    • Supplier price changes


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/official channel).

  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:

    • 5 days before trip: 50% fee

    • 3 days before trip: Non-refundable

  • Certain bookings (promo fares, special deals) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 business days.


5. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes to bookings (dates, names, itinerary) may incur additional fees.

  • Changes are subject to availability and third-party provider policies (tour operators, hotels, etc.).

  • Some bookings may not be changeable.


6. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Customers are fully responsible for:

    • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

    • Visa requirements

    • Vaccinations or health documents

  • The Company is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or transit due to incomplete documents.


7. Travel Insurance

  • Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering:

    • Trip cancellations

    • Medical emergencies

    • Loss of belongings

  • The Company is not liable for losses not covered by insurance.


8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • The Company acts as an agent for third-party providers (hotels, tour operators).

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

    • Loss, injury, or damage caused by third parties

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.


9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or civil unrest

In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling or provide credits where possible, subject to supplier policies.


10. Customer Conduct

  • Customers must comply with local laws and regulations during travel.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate bookings without refund if a customer engages in:

    • Illegal activities

    • Dangerous or disruptive behavior


11. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by the Company.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


12. Privacy

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to such data usage.


13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through:

    1. Mutual discussion, or

    2. The courts of Denpasar
